How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard UK delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. International shipping times vary by location but generally take between 7-14 working days depending on customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 28-day return period from the date you receive your order. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings or face masks.
Do you restock items that have sold out?
Most of our collections are limited edition and produced in small batches. Once an item is gone, it's usually gone for good, but we recommend signing up for back-in-stock notifications on the product page just in case.
How do I know which size to choose?
Our fits range from fitted to very oversized. Each product page includes a specific size guide and fit notes to help you decide. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for a more standard fit.
Will I have to pay customs and import duties?
For customers outside of the UK, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
